I had been training in the gym on and off for over 10 years, but like many had not really had any direction other than what I’d read or picked up at the gym, so I had never really achieved the results I’d been hoping for.  In my late 30’s and swiftly approaching my 40’s, it felt like it was now or never. So, I took the plunge.  I Committed to a 12-week transformation programme with James.  The course was hard work, I could barely move some days, but the fat started to melt away, and that was all the encouragement I needed to keep going. At the end of the programme, I had achieved everything I could have hoped for.

James has a no-nonsense and no-excuses approach to fitness and nutrition, exactly what is needed to get achieve results.  His training is not easy, but it works a treat.

I worked with James for 12 weeks and over the course of the programme, the fat melted away from 13% body fat to 8%. I felt better, more confident and stronger than I had ever before, and my gym routine was forever changed.

Would I recommend James to anyone else? If they’re serious about results and prepared to put in the hard work, absolutely.
