JAMES
JAMES BURROWS
Founder & Head Coach
James has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, most recently at a luxury personal training facility rated as one of the top body transformation facilities in London by Tatler and Men's Health; his vision is to bring the same results-focused, tailored training experience to Hampshire.
​
Determined to develop in-depth expertise James has not only completed a Bachelor of Sciences in Sports & Exercise but has also completed intensive professional qualifications in strength training, including certification by the world renowned Strength Coach Charles Poliquin and by the UK Strength & Conditioning Association.
James has dedicated his career to helping people achieve their health, fitness and performance goals whether this be fat loss, hypertrophy or improving strength and conditioning for athletic performance.
As well as more typical training needs James can provide specialist strength and conditioning coaching to athletes to improve their performance and has coached a number of athletes in the UK & US across football, cycling, American football, baseball, equestrian dressage, track and field athletics and ice hockey.
Outside of the gym, James' passions are travel and Star Wars; he's also a qualified ski and snowboard instructor.
